By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.

8. The interest register

The Site allows you to join an interest register by providing your email address and an indication of accredited-investor status. Joining the register is entirely voluntary. It creates no obligation on your part or ours, conveys no ownership or contractual right, and is not a commitment to participate in any offering. We may contact you when access opens, and you may ask us to remove you from the register at any time by emailing hello@revablox.com. We may decline, suspend, or withdraw the register, in whole or in part, at any time.

13. Governing law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or to the Site are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, will have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts, subject to any mandatory rights you may have under the law of your place of residence.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date shown at the top of this page.
